James + Hayley | Guanella Pass Engagement, Colorado Engagement Photographer | Georgetown, Colorado

Guanella Pass Colorado Engagement Session- I met James and Hayley a couple of months ago, right after they ran the Colfax Marathon. I knew immediately that they were a fun couple with a lot of love for each other! When we talked about doing their engagement session, Guanella Pass was the first place that came to mind for them.

We got up there in the evening, when the light was starting to get softer, and we walked around while they held hands and talked to me about their past, wedding planning, and future.  James picked Hayley up and spun her around and just loved each other. It was so genuine and sweet. I’m sure I kept saying, “you guys are so cute”!

Hayley and James are getting married at the Black Canyon Inn in September, and I can only imagine how beautiful it is going to be.  Intimate weddings with your closest friends and family are always my favorites!  They give you time to spend with each of your guests, and the wedding day is usually more relaxed.  I always recommend those weddings to my couples when they aren’t sure! Mountainside weddings are also becoming more and more popular because the beauty of nature surrounding you makes for the most amazing photographs.

Check back in September to see this beautiful couple’s wedding on the blog!

If you are looking to elope or have an engagement session at Guanella Pass please contact me and I would love to meet you, and help out!  If you are looking for more of my work check it out here.
