Robb + Sara | Boulder Wedding Photographer, Colorado Elopement Photographers | Boulder, Colorado

Boulder Wedding- Backyard wedding and the sweetest 1 year old.  That is what I was lucky enough to photograph last month! There are weddings that just fill my soul and fuel my passion for photography, and Robb and Sara’s was one of them.  Everyone in their family was so sweet, and their little Adeline melted my heart.

They were calm and relaxed, and everything was so perfect.  Robb grew up in this house and bought it from his parents. They have been working hard to fix it up for their family, and their needs.  It was seriously perfect.  I know that I say that a lot, but when I think of Colorado weddings, this is the idea that I have in my head.  Sara didn’t put any make-up on, and was wearing sparkly tennis shoes.  It was just so sweet.

Backyard weddings (or, in this case, back deck) have always been my favorite.  There is something intimate about sharing your home–the place that you love, raise your children in– with your closest friends and family on your wedding day.  It is the ultimate celebration.

If you’re feeling overwhelmed with the wedding planning process, think about what is really important.  Go smaller, enjoy each other! Heck, enjoy your wedding day!! It is worth it to do less to be happier.  Check out more weddings on the blog for inspiration, too.  Nature is ALWAYS the way to decorate (in my mind).  Less is more, too.
